Key Deliverables :
Handled the Port Operations, Marine Activities, Logistics and co-ordination with all vessel's masters/stevedores /receivers/shippers/surveyors for avoiding operational constraints.
Co-ordination with Mechanical handling system (MHS), Contractor and Stevedoring department in achieving highest discharge rate / Load rate in Coal, Steel, Lime Stone and Met Coke.
Ensured zero percent handling loss and delivered as per bill of lading.
