SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME :
I carried out my summer internship programme in an esteemed company JUSCO LTD ( JAMSHEDPUR UTILITIES & SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED) which was earlier merged with TATA STEEL’S and in 2004 it was carved out of TATA STEEL and started to function on its own with a brand name of TATA GROUP’S.
I successfully carried out my project on “ADMINISTRATION & FACILITY MANAGEMENT’’ in the esteemed company JUSCO LTD and the project is carried out to know the effectiveness of motivation and facilities that is been provided to the employees by the organization and also I have suggested few of my idea’s to the organization on how to improve the satisfaction of the employees by providing maximum facilities which helps to motivate the employees to carry out the task effectively.
Few of my suggestions are :
- The organization should keep a track on the staff members to know whether the facilities provided by them are utilized for the relevant purposes & not for their personal uses.
- The organization should take extra care related to government like electricity, water facility, drainage, etc.
- The working environment should be improved to make the staff members feel happier.
