- In Fabrication, any complicated drawings can be studied and also able to fabricate for corresponding requirements.
- In windmill towers, Flange flatness and Flange tilt can be detected by using Easy laser instrument having accuracy of about 0.02 Microns.
- Sand (copper slag) Blasting must be checked for materials which will have Micron value ranges from fifty and above.
- Blasting medium will have some basic terminology as SA 2.5.
- SA means surface acceptance.
- Checking of coat thickness for materials mainly for windmill towers using DFT (dry film thickness) gauge.
- DFT gauge is calibrated in Microns which is used to check the thickness of the paint.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drawing study.
- Work schedule preparation based on customer requirement.
- Discuss with contractors & labours for how to make the jobs with
quantity as well as quality based requirements.
- Supervising the final dimensions which should be Quality assurance product and also offering Quality control Engineer.
- Visual Inspection is carried out and improper welding like undercut is corrected.
- On the basis of customer requirements, Metallizing by using zinc wire in flange surface areas accomplished for windmill towers.

ACHIEVEMENTS :
- Reduction of reworks in the fabrication of windmill towers.
- Controlled the consumables by training the welders
and grinders.
- Controlled the defects by pre heating the welding
electrodes properly.

ACADEMIC PROJECT WORK :
- Project title :
“Non-interactive synthesis of drugs using PLC” in the field of
Industrial Automation.
- Description :
In this project, two liquids are used which is mixed well to get a final product, after heating the mixture for a particular period of time. ABB based PLC is used in this project. PLC eliminates the error occurs due to inaccurate mixing, change in concentration, volume, temperature and pH parameters etc.
