A.iii) Work Responsibility :
i) In Corporate office :
- Preparation of L2 Schedule considering supply of brought out items and execution of project within stipulated time as given by client.
- Preparation of Master Documents list (MDL) after coordinating with Design Department (Mechanical and C&I).
- Preparation of Billing Breakup of Supply & Erection separately of order Value based on estimation during tendering stage.
- Follow up with vendor (manufacturer) for submission of technical documents (datasheet & QAP) of equipments against purchase order which have given to him for supply of the same and further submitted to Client/Consultant/Owner for their approval.
- Follow up with vendor for early submission and further with client/consultant for early approval of technical documents so that supply can be done in stipulated time.
- Follow up with client for approval of drawing /documents which have submitted to client.
- Coordinating with client for inputs which are required for designing the system.
- Coordinating vendor/client/consultant for smooth inspection of material.
- Raise MDCC request to Owner immediately after inspection & acceptance of material.
- Main the Cash Inflow after dispatching of small delivery material likes Pipes and Plates at early of project for execution of project.
- Responsibility towards increase the company turnover by supply of brought out materials and erection billing and insist to release the payments from client.
ii) Site Coordination :
- Prepare of erection & commissioning schedule and planning of work according to manpower.
- Coordinating with Site for site imprest, contractor mobilization, shortage of material, contractor issue etc. for smooth execution of projects.
- Arrangement of additional contractor (manpower) for expediting the work.
- Coordinating with client for schedule of release of work front.
- Coordinating with site for erection billing to increase the company turnover.
- Coordinating with client and consultant at site and in Corporate Office to resolve the site issue.

- Take 30 days training for Operation & Maintenance of MSW plant with German Engineer.
