Key Responsibility Areas :
Planning/ Execution
- Overseeing preparation of engineering schedules, engineering designs/ drawings as well as technical specifications for completion of projects within the time and cost parameters.
- Identifying and developing cost effective vendors for procurement of project tools based on purchase specifications.
Erection and Commissioning
- Responsible for erection and commissioning of Hydrastep make Emerson, various AC Drives for Fan & Pump application, field instruments, transmitters, Pneumatic control valves, actuators, Motorised operated valves etc, as well as handling facilities for completion of projects in stipulated time/cost parameters.
- Designing equipment layout, making drawing, approving them and carrying out Factory Acceptance Test & inspection tests for determining the effectiveness of the equipments.
Notable Contributions :
- Functioning as a team member for Dense Phase System for Ash handling under TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance).
- Currently responsible for smooth operation & up-gradation of Captive Thermal power plant.

o 10 MW BHEL Make STG Axial Flow Turbine
o 5MW Stal Laval Radial Flow Turbine
o 5 MW First Bruno (Skoda) Axial Flow Turbine
o 2 x 37 TPH FBC Boilers (CVL > Trichy)
o DCS – ABB, ESP, Cooling Tower, DM Plant and Coal-handling Plant.
