Job Description (Front office Coordinator)
-Should have 3-4 yrs experience in office management , HR, , payroll and facilities management experience .
-Should be a Graduate with good knowledge of Computers (MS office Excel etc).
-Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be flexible on office timings.
-Should have multitasking abilities; including answering phones, greeting customers/clients, filing, backup support (e.g., accounting), catering, meeting set-up and teardown, sorting and distributing mails/ office Dispatch etc.
-Scheduling appointment, Answering inquires, Typing Memos record management.
-Managing financial & payroll records, accounting work, petty cash, Budget development and implementation
-Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Job Description (Sales Coordinator)
-About 5-7 years of Sales Co-ordination experience required.
-Should be able to take and process quotation requests from customers, actively seek the conversion of inquiries to orders and act in a customer service role between our staff and customers.
-Process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to company business.
-Ability to work on windows based, office PC applications using access, word, excel. Experience of windows based office PC.
-Should have hands on experience on creating company presentations and product literature.
-Should work as a bridge between Synapses Sales organization and Partners/ Customers.
-Excellent communications skills are necessary.
