    Planning Engineer

    Location:     at HO, Gurgaon & at Site

    Job Details:
    The engineers are expected to carry out Macro and Micro planning involving weekely, Monthly & 3 monthly Rolling plans of multi-discipline Projects of Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works. While at Sites they are expected to carry out Resource planning including for Manpower, Machinery, Tools & Tackles deployment.

    Respected Sir/Mam,

    I am a Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering and working with "SPERRY RAIL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Ltd. New Delhi". I am working as a "NDT Engineer-Ultrasonic Inspection of Railway Tracks".

    I am a trained Level-II in Ultrasonic Testing and Radiography Testing with ASNT Standard from Satyakiran Institute Non-Destructive testing and also certified from RDSO Lucknow (INDIAN Railways) for Track testing and After this I am confident with hand probing and other latest UT applications. I am actively involved in the Inspection of Railway Tracks.

    I have done testing of Railway Track in Northern Railways(Delhi,Ambala,Lucknow Divisions),North Central Railways(Jhansi Division),South Eastern Railways(Ranchi,Chakradharpur,Kharagpur,Adra Divisions),Estern Railways(Asansol Division),Central Railways(Bhusawal,Nagpur),Konkan Railways.

    My Job Profile consists of Inspection of tracks and testing rails by using Roller Search Unit(RSU) Ultrasonic Technology, Sensitivity Setting of Roller Search Unit(RSU) w.r.t Indian Railways Track Standard, Recording Raw data. My Total Work Experience in Track Testing is of 3 yrs & 5 month.

    I have also worked as an operator with M/s KADIMI TOOL MFG. CO. PVT. LTD. [An ISO 9001-2000] from Jan 2004- Dec 05, a joint venture with PRECISION CASTPARTS CORP. (U.S.A.) and Job responsibilities were furnace operations such as Hardening, Tempering, Quenching and Annealing, Planning of material movement using work in progress technique. I have relevant experience of 2yrs in this field.

    I think my Work experience in Ultrasonic Rail Inspection in Railways and Furnace operations and planning would be suitable,As I have been a part of Permanent Way working for quite some time now.
