Findings :
- It was found that majority of the employees have a complete understanding of what is expected from their job . They have full picture of the roles and the responsibilities that they are required to be performed at the place of work. The employees feel as their work provides them with enough opportunity to provide the evidence of their talent for the desired job that has been allotted to them. According to the majority of the employees their work provide them with immense pleasure as they carries with them a feeling of personal accomplishment.
- A majority of the employees believe that the organization would be better off if conflicts are eliminated forever and the organization also feels in the similar manner as when any issue began to take its shape they deal with it quickly so that t may not lead to a conflict between any of the parties .They view that harmony needs to be maintained in the organization in order to maintain smooth functioning of the operations.
- It was observed that the employees have the full freedom to take the necessary action in completing the desired job but in consideration of the policies and procedures as these policies and procedures are not to be broken but at the same time .
Recommendations :
- Effective grievance handling and conflict management techniques should be used to prevent and eliminate conflicts and other problems.
