HR Operations :
- Issuing Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, and Promotion letters.
- Issue Relieving and Experience letter to the resigned employees.
- Issuing a Welcome Kit to New employees which includes Welcome letter. ID cards, visiting cards, etc.
- Coordinating employees as well as with bank for new salary account Opening.
- Handling the confirmation Appraisal process.
- Resolving day to day grievances, counseling, motivating, enquiries and disciplinary action.
- Attendance (Time office functions late coming, early departure, Overtime record etc.).
