Total 12 years of technical & real field experience in Agriculture. Include 9 years in Wine viticulture, Horticulture and 3 years in high-tech floriculture and one year Agri. Fresh fruits and vegetable exports.
Commercial farms crops handled : -
1. Horticulture- Mango, Pomegranate, Custard apple, table and wine grape,
apple, pear, plum.
2. Greenhouse crops :- Carnations, gerbera, orchids, roses, red & yellow capsicum.
3. Vegetables : - Tomato, capsicum, cabbage, cauliflower, French bean, pea,
sweet corn and some others.

I. Agri fresh fruit and vegetable Exports :-
At present working with KayBee Agri. Fresh Exports as Asst. Tech. Manager at his Agri. Farm (TESCO Glogal G.A.P. approved)located at Ahmednagar (Maharashtra).
* Responsibilities handling :-
Entire of the technical responsibilities related to production up to fresh export of fruits such as Pomegranates, mangoes, melons and vegetables such as Bottle Gourds, Bitter Gourds, and Okra to different countries.
II. Wine viticulture & Horticulture :-
Total 9 years of field and manager level technical experience in the field of Wine viticulture & Horticulture cultivations.
a. Worked with Champagne Vineyards Ltd., now known as Indage Vineyards Pvt. Ltd., Narayangaon as Senior Manager (Farms).
* Responsibilities Handled : -
Entire technical responsibilities related to vineyard and Agriculture developments at three sites i.e. approx 1200 acres. Technical support to 1500 no. of contract farmers from all over Maharashtra state related to vineyards. Providing technical support to Himachal Pradesh contract farmers, Vineyard economics, Team leader and proper guidance and handling to employees as well as labour management. Technical decision making of daily vineyard activities. Own handling of new grape plantations. Transfer of new technologies and sharing with contract farmers and own vineyard team.
b. Joined Champagne Vineyards Ltd., Narayangaon in January 2001 as trainee. Promoted And Deputed as Agriculture Officer & senior technical advisor to the Department of Horticulture Himachal Pradesh state Government from the site of Indage Group of Companies. (December 2001 to August 2005). Then promoted as Senior Manager (Farms) to Champagne Vineyards Ltd., Narayangaon (September 2006 to till date).
** Responsibilities Handled : -
- Successfully studied different German and French wine grape varieties at the different microclimates in the state of Himachal Pradesh.
- Recommended two wine grape varieties for the contract farming in H.P. Works completed with the co-workers/senior Scientists of H.P. government employees.
- Personally technical report submitted to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of H.P. state (December 2004).
- Provided entire technical knowledge to scientists and contract farmers in the H.P. state and conducted different technical research trials successfully.
- Conducted different workshops and training camps to farmers related to Wine grapes cultivation.
c. Worked as Residential Farm Manager at Radha Krishna Table Grapes Farms- Satara. (January 1999 to December 2000).
Responsibilities handled : -
Entire of the farm responsibilities i.e. cultivation up to harvesting (200 acres of farm).

II. Floriculture :-
Worked as Manager in two private organizations for 3 years - 1996 to 1999. During the same handled commercial cultivations of cut flowers in green houses i.e. Gerbera- 2 acres, Carnations-2 acres, Orchids-1 acre in commercial greenhouses and 5 acres Gladiolus as open field cultivation.
