Designation: Technical Architect/Leads (.Net) positions with Espire Delhi (cmmi5)!!

Job Description:
- Client interaction, understanding requirements, designing architecture, developing project plan and scheduling on .Net platform including: VB.net, asp.net, C#, SQL server, UML Designing, XML and web services.
- Preparing the technical estimates.
- Designing high level and low level technical designs documents.
- Defining scope and architecture of the module/application.
- Actively participating in technical/Functional document preparation like SRS, FRS, Project plan etc.
- End to end delivery responsibility
- Lead a team of highly skilled and talented software professionals working on cutting-edge technologies
- Working with development team and business users to develop and document business requirements
- Strong People/Team management skills
- Excellent Customer focus and interaction skills
- Track and ensure all business requirements are met for the project
- Leveling and balancing workload allocations for project resources to ensure that there is no imbalance in work load allocation
- Maintaining project schedule and communicating project status

Candidate's Description:
- B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech /MCA/ M.Sc would be preferred.
- More than6 years of total IT experience with at least 4 years of relevant development experience on .Net platform including: VB.net, asp.net, C#,SQL server, XML and web services.
- Must have an understanding of .Net Framework, web development, XML transaction processing and SQL Databases.
- Candidate should have thorough understanding of software development methodologies and should possess strong project management skills.
- Candidates with experience on large and complex business systems development with exposure to big team sizes would be given preference.
- International project exposure is preferred; candidates with international visits for requirement gathering/design/Analysis purposes would be given preference.
- Communication, written and oral must be excellent.
- Candidates should have a strong customer focus, good business knowledge, ability to work independently, ability to learn new technologies.
