• Performance Appraisal, Employee Data base, Leave Management, Attendance Payroll, PF, ESIC & all the related duties and functions of HR
• Conducting interviews with candidates.
• Short listing of resumes from job portals.
• On - Board Formalities - Complete the joining formalities on joining dates & formalities in insight
• Send Weekly Confirmation Report to HR Head File confirmation, Exits, Warning, Medical letters.
• Familiarity with MS Office as well as exposure to HRMS

- I Have Made Project Report On The Topic Of Training And Development In Gujarat Refinery During My Internship In 3rd Semester.
