3. Erection & commissioning of electrical panels(S/D, DOL, VFD, TCP, ACB, Float & Boost charger).
4. Erection & commissioning of air compressors (152CFM).
5. Erection & commissioning of DG set (256KW).
6. Maintenance, Fault Analysis & troubleshooting of DCS & PLC based equipments/Machines.
- Worked with “LUPIN PHARMA LTD.” as an associate at Mandideep, BHOPAL from 01/10/2008 to 4/11/2010 (25 month).
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Responsible for complete calibration activities & implementation as per schedule, prepare of online concurrent documentation of calibration of instruments.
2. Validation support, documentation and developmental activities.
3. To guide, support and review operations and performance of instruments & equipment to achieve and improve cost effectiveness.
4. To maximize plant availability by carrying out timely preventive maintenance of machines to minimizing downtime.
5. Operation, Maintenance, Fault Analysis & troubleshooting of PLC based equipments & process instruments.
