- Concrete mixes as per required of MORT&H specifications.
- Monitoring the production of these mixes as per the specified requirements.
- Monitoring the running of plants to keep them true to the requirements.
- Keeping objective evidence of all the quality control activities.
- Maintaining the all statistics record regarding Safety and Quality.
- Conducting all types of field and laboratory tests related to road and concrete works.
- Quality Assurance, carrying field test at site and coordination with laboratory.
- Preparation of schedule of work on monthly, weekly and daily. Basis as per the approved work programmed.
- Successfully Mix Design and Trial Mixes of Color Concrete & Fiber reinforce Concrete As well as S.C.C. Concrete mixes.
- Customer satisfaction and co ordination between plant & costumer.
- Giving batch of Concrete mix batching, to plant. After determination of all gradation. And after surf-ace moisture correction.
- Site work: Quality supervision at site for testing and showing workability of Concrete and proper adjustment for workability (in any case of low workability)
