Location : Mumbai.

Qualifications : BE Electrical/ Instrumentation

Experience : 8-10yrs

Profile :
* Instrument index, Instrument datasheets & specs for all instruments on fuel skids, heater and its ancillaries per P&IDs Datasheet and spec for Aircraft warning light w/ its control panel.
* Loop diagram, ladder logic, Loop schematics etc
* Design of wiring/cabling for all instruments / electrical item up to Junction box and within junction box
* Review of work done by instrumentation detailing contractor (including wiring/cabling drawings)
* Material Requisition & BOM of all instruments on fuel skid, heater and stack
* Fully conversant with Foundation Field bus instrumentation and INTOOLs
* Design & Material Requisition for Burner Management System (including PLC), Burner / Soot blower local control panel etc.
* Material Requisition for all instruments (including Tube Skin Thermocouples, Damper with its pneumatic actuator etc.) and electrical items (motors, VFD etc).
* Review of offers and post order vendor documents received for above items.
* Support “Proposal” department in pre-bid engineering & MTO estimation.
