Profile :
* Pressure parts calculations per API 530, ASME Sec I, ANSI B31.3, ANSI B31.1, IBR etc.
* Radiant & convection Tube support calculations & design drawings.
* Overall plot plan considering project specs, national/international codes / standards.
* Development of Mechanical General Arrangement drawings for Heater / Stack (including flue gas ducts, duct supporting structure, stair, ladders & platform) from Heater datasheets & sketches given by Thermal Engineering Group.
* Development of General Arrangement and fabrication drawings for Heater Coil including welding details.
* Refractory design drawings (including BOM) for heaters, ducts and stack.
* Material Requisition for plain pipe, studded / finned pipes, fitting, flanges, botlings, gaskets, tube supports, tube seal, expansion joints, guillotine blinds etc.
* Material Requisition for Burners, Air Preheater, Steam Air Preheater, ID/FD Fans, Soot blowers, Dampers etc.
* Review of offers and post order vendor documents received for above items.
* Provide “Proposal” department pre-bid support in material estimation for pressure parts, tube supports etc.
