Eligibility :
Minimum Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering with AutoCad or similar engineering software knowledge
Fluent English and Good Computer Skills with ISO Documentation and Procedural Knowledge
Minimum 2 Year Experience in component manufacturing industries

Responsibilities :
a) Inspection Reports of all incoming raw material
b) First Pcs Approval of all production parts
c) In-Process and Online Inspection and Records
d) ISO Procedures and Documentation
e) Issue internal production drawings made on engineering software with proper approval and instruction
f) Process Control Plans of each component and their records
g) Periodic Maintenance and Records
h) Calibration Reports and Records (Everything related to Inspection and ISO Management)
I) CNC Programming Skills (Optional)
j) Tooling and Process Manufacturing Skills (Optional)
k) Complete Manufacturing Process Approval and Records (Optional)
l) Knowledge on Die Making, Casting, Forging, Extrusion (Optional)
m) Knowledge on Brass and Copper Alloys (Optional)

Salary Range :
15000 - 25000 INR / Month
25000 - 40000 INR / Month including the last 5 optional
