Job Profile : - Working experience on Production, QA, MR., Internal Auditor, NDT level-II.
Responsibility & Activity : - (Report to Management)
Production :-
1. Entirely responsible for achieving Welding & Fabrication Shop Production targets.
2. Prepared Monthly and Weekly schedule considering orders in hand, resource requirement & customer delivery dates.
3. Checked & ensured all Technical inputs like Drawings, QAP, etc and all corrective measures were taken in case of discrepancies.
4. Provides BOM details to stores and gets availability / shortage of material from stores & co-ordinate with various departments and gathered information on all shortage materials.
5. Ensured that all production materials were available and communicated to procurement department when needed.
6. Decide and prepare list of inhouse production items and subcontracted items along with part drawing & right selection of sub- contractors as per purchase procedure and issue of PO copy & material with relevant drawings to the sub- contractor.
7. Co-ordinate with purchase department to stock material ordering & fabrication
accessories.
8. Monitor and control expenses on Inhouse process & subcontracting Items.
9. Monitoring project progress with the department and training junior staff members.
10. Organize and attend technical meetings to discuss and give proposals for non constructible design related issues.
11. Organize technical meetings of Subcontractors to discuss Drawings, Material, Delivery, Cost and process.
12. Developing and implementing process methods & its controls to improve cost saving, Delivery & Quality.
13. Implement production procedure and quality control systems & analyzing production, maintenance and other operational reports, to detect production problems & take Corrective action.
14. Ensure the availability of machine equipment, tool and utility in perfect condition and look after that the repair work / maintenance attended timely without much loss of down time.
