Project Description :
The Change Management Portal Application shall be a web based application developed internally to support the project Management process followed by the application team in Capgemini Business Service India Ltd. The Change Management Portal Application is targeted to follow a defined flow based on the generic software Development Life Cycle model and helps in the tracking the projects internally and externally.
The Change Management Portal Application shall act as center repository for the entire documents involved in the current product management process and install’s version control of the documents helping in the better visibility and tracking.
The Change Management Portal Application shall have a reporting capability providing the visibility on the projects and helps in project analysis and control. The structure of the reports shall be defined during the course of the project. The reporting add in the application shall be pulling out the details from the Change Management Portal database and shall be project the facts and status as required by the product management team.
The Bug Tracking system shall help the testing team in report and track the identified bugs in application developed in the UAT stage of the project.
