SUMMARY OF WORK EXPERIENCE
I started my career as junior architect in Arch-en-Design Center, Lucknow. I mainly dealt with residential & hospital planning, detailing, working drawings and interior designing and also did Town planning for Moradabad Development Authority.
I worked as a Research Associate with MDP Consultant Pvt.Ltd. (A member of DHV group of companies, The Netherlands) on Urban Development project for Dehradun Nagar Nigam (Uttaranchal) and Solid Waste Management of 63 Urban centers of Uttaranchal Government.
The first project is having two modules first is to develop Land Inventory of properties owned by Dehradun Nagar Nigam and second is to develop Geographic Information Systems (GIS) of all the properties in Nagar Nigam boundaries.
The second project deals with the present situation of solid waste generated in the town. In this the present status of the town is taken and then giving report and solution to the problem.
My work in the first project is to Plan and Monitor for the land parcels and after its verification and validation, to design land data based management system in which identification and translation of data from various sources and departments can be done. It also includes updating of all the records in order to know the present status of Dehradun Nagar Nigam properties.
In the second project, field survey is to be done of every town. After that report is made in which solution to present situation is given and also what is required to deal with the problem in future.
Worked as an Architect for National Cash Register (NCR Corporation India Private Limited), undertaking the responsibilities of interior designing and installation of ATM centers at different districts of Uttar Pradesh (India).
Currently working as an Asst. Manager in Sahara Prime City Limited (SPCL), presently India’s leading housing company targeting the construction of 217 city homes (townships) at different cities of India.
I had the responsibilities of city homes Moradabad, Hardoi in U.P, Bellary in Karnataka and Gwalior, Sagar in M.P, also dealing with Planning of chain of hospital coming up in Sahara City Homes and worked for Sahara Command Office.
At present dealing with Sahara Grace Kochi project & Sahara City homes-Bellary. This includes making and checking of all the construction and execution drawings of the complete residential & commercial buildings.
