BMW to create 1,200 dealer and service network jobs in 2011 news

Luxury car major BMW India today said it would create 1,200 jobs in the dealer and service network in India in 2011.
The company said in a statement, "BMW India would employ around 400 people by the end of 2010. Upto 1,200 jobs will be created in the dealer and service network in 2011.''
According to the company it plans to set up BMW dealerships of international standard across all metropolitan centres in the country.
The first phase saw the German luxury carmaker establish 12 BMW outlets in major metropolitan cities.
In 2011, BMW India plans to expand its dealer network to 22 from the present 20 outlets.
The BMW Group's investment in India till September 2010 totalled Rs1.1 billion (Rs110 crore / $24.47 million), which would increase to Rs1.8 billion by the end of 2012.

- Implementation of RSA is the process of hiding the message which has to be sent to user.
- It uses the technique of cryptography thus the message becomes quite secure.
- It uses a specific password to encrypt the message only if the same password is given the text will be decrypted.
- The main aim of this project is to come up with a technique of hiding the message in files in such a way that there could not be any hacking process.
- Encryption algorithm is used to encrypt the message i.e in hidden form.
- Decryption is the process of reverse the encryption process.

Secured wireless communication based OFDM
- Using OFDM we can transmit large amount of digital data over a radio waves. OFDM will break (or) split the radio waves into multiple sub-signals and transmit the signals at different frequency.
- We are using two RF transmitter modules at the transmitter and receiver end. Each pair of RF module work at different set of frequency (335.92MHz to 433.92MHz).
- We are using Blow fish algorithm and Pseudo noise for implementing this project. By doing this White Gaussian noise will be prevented and also it will be difficult to hack our transmitting digital data.
- In the front end we are using visual basic for sub-dividing the data and implementing the pseudo-noise algorithm. This OFDM will find important in Military application and Secure sharing of data between two points.
- Other than the normal Microcontrollers PIC Family supports more features, so we have chosen PIC 16F877 as the main controller than other controllers. Different types of oscillators can be used for oscillating this PIC16F877 microcontroller

- The receiver receives a burst of joint information symbols, which belong to its predefined joint signal set.
