    - Reconciliation of Customs duty receipts & payments.
    - To ensure invoicing for the customs duty to associate countries.

    - Manage and liaison with different vendors & suppliers such as creditors, Exporters, Associates & Agent World-wide.
    - To performing cost control activities, monitoring revenues and expenditures and ensuring the data is correct.
    - Evaluating the performance of sales staff and cross selling activities.
    - Reconciliation of Accounts. Credit Note Analysis, Query Analysis.
    - Timely & Accurate Booking/Accounting of Invoices, analysis.
    - Analyses of Actual v/s Accrual Statement reports submitted to management on a monthly basis.
    - Providing support to the management for monthly reporting and MIS analysis.
    - Analyze monthly-posted records to ensure proper accounting, completeness,
    - Analyzing and solving issues relating to Billing, Operating and related.
    - Bank and smart card reconciliation.
    - Prepare and maintain various supporting documents like bills, receipts, vouchers, invoices, purchase orders.
    - Generated MIS and preparing accounting reports.
