Currently working as an Accountant with Gulf Agency Company (LLC) Oman leading express logistics and Shipping service provider Company.
- Reconciliation of Customs duty receipts & payments.
- To ensure invoicing for the customs duty to associate countries.
- Preparation of customs duty outstanding on a daily basis & other reports the same has to be reported to FM on a daily basis.
- Reconciliation of Outbound & Inbound shipments.

- Accounts Receivables & Payables.
- Monitoring of all collectibles from all customers & associated countries.
- Verifying & booking all the invoices received from customers.
- Air freight clearance and any other special delivery charges we have submit correct supporting & also copy for our file.
- Manage and liaison with different vendors & suppliers such as creditors, Exporters, Associates & Agent World-wide.
- To performing cost control activities, monitoring revenues and expenditures and ensuring the data is correct.
- Evaluating the performance of sales staff and cross selling activities.
- Reconciliation of Accounts. Credit Note Analysis, Query Analysis.
- Timely & Accurate Booking/Accounting of Invoices, analysis.
- Analyses of Actual v/s Accrual Statement reports submitted to management on a monthly basis.
- Providing support to the management for monthly reporting and MIS analysis.
- Analyze monthly-posted records to ensure proper accounting, completeness,
- Analyzing and solving issues relating to Billing, Operating and related.
- Bank and smart card reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain various supporting documents like bills, receipts, vouchers, invoices, purchase orders.
- Generated MIS and preparing accounting reports.
