Job Profile : - As production manager check both shift work and planning.
My responsibilities includes :-
1. Leading the team of engineers in preparation of the short term and long term mine plans & annual mine plan.
2. Review of short and long-term mine plans to ensure optimum recovery material.
3. Actively seek opportunities to improve the mining process, particularly with regard to recovery and coal quality, and develop formal improvement plans.
4. Reclamation and other work related to govt of Indonesia mine laws.
5. Allocating, monitoring and controlling the daily activities of mining personnel and ancillary personnel.
6. Liaise and coordinate with the operations supervisors to make sure there is proper implementation of the work plans.
7. Daily site inspections and identify the areas for improvement in production, safety, etc
8. To ensure all aspects of safety and training requirements are meet in accordance with the regulations of the government and the company.
9. Preparation of production and Downtime Reports.
10. Ensuing effective utilization of manpower, material, machinery and other related sources.
13. Maintaining equipment productivity and effective working time.
14. Leading and motivating my team to achieve target production.
15. Implementing the systems, work practices, etc, at Mine site.
