I am working as a Shift Engineer looking after Operation and Maintenance of 36.5 MW Co-generation thermal power plant.
- 1 X 105 TPH Lignite/Pet coke fired 90 ata pressure and 510- C temperature Thermax make IR-CFBC boiler controlled through HONEYWELL EXPERION PKS DCS.
- 2 X 50 TPH Lignite/Coal fired 90 ata pressure and 510- C temperature IJT make CFBC boiler controlled through. HONEYWELL EXPERION PKS DCS.
- 1 x 16.5 MW extraction cum condensing Steam Turbine supplied by SKODA with WOODWARD-505 governing.
- 1 x 20.0 MW extraction cum condensing Steam Turbine supplied by TOYO DENKI POWER SYSTEM with WOODWARD-505 governing.
- Auxiliaries like BFP, Cooling Water System, PRDS, Deaerator, HP Heater, Air compressor etc. controlled through DCS.
O & M Responsibility : April 2009 - Till Date
- Boiler Categories :CFBC,AFBC,SPREADER STROKER,BED GRATE STROKER
