Job Profile
1. Should be able to do automation testing QTP and manual testing and defining the testing processes and methodologies.
2. Preparing Test Plan
3. Writing Test Cases and executing Test cases
4. Attending weekly status Calls
5. Complete Delivery and Quality Ownership of projects (including coordination of testing activities - QC & QA)
6. Process adoption (understanding and adopting VAM QMS process including process documentation)
7. Building technology expertise inline with VAM requirements
8. Good understanding of Financial Services and Insurance domain.
9. Should be certified QTP professional.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education and Experience Requirements
1. BS/MS Computer Science or MBA (Information Systems) with Minimum of 3 -5 years experience
2. Must have real time experience of 3-4 years in both Manual as well Automation testing(QTP) in a software development firm.
3. Strong expertise in Automation testing in QTP-9.2, Test Director 9.0.
4. Ability to learn quickly and be held accountable for a testable object including development and creation of test cases, test data, test execution plan, defect management/issues resolution and deployment of testable object to the next phase of test.
5. Ability to communicate both through written and verbal avenues to various levels of the organizational structure including business and technical teams, demonstrated ability to use these avenues to resolve issues.
6. Experience in testing with diversified exposure in both Manual and Automated Testing.
7. Total exposure and experience in every phase of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
8. Experience in Insurance domain (preferred).
9. Good oral and written communication skills are must.

Provider Administration Management System (PAMS) is a web based application developed using Microsoft ASP.Net 3.5 and VB.Net. This system is capable of maintaining all distance learning and class room based students and users information for MO1 Limited. It is intended to do application migration for the existing PAMS applications and related applications like TAS (Tauira/Student Assessment Sheet) along with enhancements to the Home based and Class room based versions. The application migration includes rewriting the existing applications into new Microsoft .Net technologies along with other enhancements.
PAMS application is mainly a migration of ASP.Net 1.1 and ASP.Net 2.0 applications into ASP.Net 3.5 with N-Tier architecture. Process of migration involves change requests to apply on new system. The enhancements / tasks are intended to develop on top of the migrated application.

The Prospects Module is a special software application developed for Te Wananga o Aotearoa to record information about prospective students, what and where they are interested in studying, and how they are progressing through the process of expressing interest, registering interest, being interviewed and, ultimately, becoming enrolled. Data entered through the Prospects Module is stored in the Take2 database.
It is envisaged that individual campuses will use the Prospects Module, and so too will the Call Centre. In the near future a web interface will also become available that will allow prospects (and staff) to enter data through a web browser anywhere where they have an internet connection. Data entered through this web interface will also be stored in the Take2 database and will be viewable through the Prospects Module.

Take2 application is currently used to manage student information, Programme & Intakes information, Unit standards information, attendance and assessment information. As part of this application development, it is expected that TWoA staff will be able to update Take2 with enrolment information through the internet via a web browser in that case this Web Enrolments came into picture.
