    - Experience of working with Remote Control tools, ITIL Based process (BMC Remedy)
    - Responding to support requests that come through the support desk and phone.
    - Resolving day to day support of desktop software issue.
    - Playing responsible role in troubleshooting problems logged by the client users in Day- to-day
    - Operations of the company and providing complete remote support to the users .
    - Remotely troubleshoot and maintain desktop/serves. Achieving SLA as per the company prospects.
    - Handling of basic Laptop /desktop Trouble Shooting
