URADICS is an Ahmedabad based Indian IT Finishing Institute that provides training in verticals related to IT so as to make students employable. Driven by high demand in the current industry and with the sole objective to serve students and the industry; URADICS s innovative methods of grooming also promises a secure and rewarding career in the IT industry and a steady supply of skilled employable manpower to the industry.
Our objective is to enhance employability skills; by imparting skills training so as to raise the levels of employability in an individual to make him acceptable as a skilled manpower. Current industry reports suggest huge gaps in the employability of freshers as a result of which companies are facing continuous manpower shortage. The Information Technology industry is on an upswing and there are signs of rising market, as a result of which there has been a steady demand for skilled manpower. Unfortunately the tens of thousands of students being churned out of our universities are not up to industry standards and thus are not employable. Their skills need re-training by teaching them what is required as per the current industry standards.

o This include the literature review of 38 articles that aimed at finding the most effective conservative treatment method for lateral epicondylitis or tennis elbow.

- TRAUMA 2008 organized by JPN Apex Trauma Centre, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Indian Society for Trauma and Acute Care (ISTAC), Delhi.
- Advanced trends in physiotherapy organized by sports and fitness training federation of India held at national science centre, Pragati Maidan, Delhi.
- Low Back Pain Management Workshop : Evidence Based Approach, conducted by Back 2 Fitness (Sports medicine and rehabilitation chain) and Doctor Kares Hospital (Speciality Pain and Orthopaedics).
