Duties & Responsibilities
As a Sales & Application Engineer :
- Job involves Sales follow-up with the Clients.
- Follow up with new up-coming projects.
- Arranging the presentation on the product range for Engineering Group.
- Conducting the training on the job site for the Engineers and Technical Team.
- Study the specification of project and comply as per the specification.
- Site visits for to study the site situations.
- Submitting the Technical submittals for the approval of client as the project specification and as per the site Conditions.
- Study the commercial competition between our competitor.
- Estimating of the material for the project as per B.O.Q or by referring Drawings.
- Providing Quotations to the client as per their B.O.Q’s
- Monitoring the delivery of the material to the site at time.
- Monitoring work at the site and giving suggestion to the technicians’ and the concerned Engineer.
- Conducting the job inspection to get the 100% correct job to be done.
- Providing the Engineering Judgment for the special cases where there is no UL system.
- Maintaining the Daily sales Report .
- Coordinating with other team members of materials department for good inflow of materials.
- Inventory Control.
- Rejection material identification and returning to the manufacturer with the matching physical material.
- Daily review meeting.
- Feedback from the clients for any deviations.
- Advise client for corrective and preventive action.
- Maintain Client Directory.
