Responsibilities :
- Issue the material as per production requirement.
- Entry in RG 1 and RG 2 register for excise record.
- Prepare ER-1, ER-6 to submit at Local Excise Office.
- Handle the process for dispatchment of finished goods.
- Store goods in warehouse and update system accordingly
- Fulfil delivery schedules / requirements
- Assist in monthly cycle count.
- Make sure that all the files are ready for ISO audit which is held once in a year.
- Co-ordinate with purchase dept in deficit of raw material.
Currently working with Umang Pharma tech Pvt Ltd as an Account Assistant.
Responsibilities :-
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits..

- Mainly maintain stock in Tally & Keep awareness of daily incoming & outgoing Material.
