Job Description :
Assists appropriate parties plan project timelines, resource needs and identify project cost, staffing, service, application and infrastructure requirements.
Assists in maintaining critical application, system and infrastructure availability at prescribed levels, and in notifying management and user communities when service levels are not met.
Assists in maintaining customer-facing network and system availability at acceptable service level.
Assists in notifying management and external vendors when service levels are not met to expedite resolution and maintain acceptable customer satisfaction.
Completes assigned work within allotted or prescribed timeframes.
Creates, maintains and manages project plans to successful completion within budget and time constraints.
Escalates issues that may have negative financial impact.
Keeps individual expenses within budget.
Maintains open lines of communication with appropriate JDA resources, external vendors and customers to develop and foster a strong relationship as trusted advisor to JDA and its customers.
Provides guidance, feedback, coaching and developmental experiences to other ITG, project team or JDA associates to encourage teamwork and a positive work environment.
Provides regular project communication and status reporting to appropriate JDA associates to inform them of current and future activities, concerns and project issues.
Provides technical guidance in the selection and implementation of external-facing network infrastructure and systems to meet JDA’s security, budget and business requirements/standards.
Records time and expenses into time entry system.
Works with appropriate parties to create/execute test plans prior to system or LAN, WAN and SAN infrastructure solution implementation. Provides solution training to maintain customer satisfaction.
Works with appropriate parties to define functional/technical requirements and implement LAN, WAN and SAN infrastructure solutions that meet JDA's business and project requirements.
Works with external vendor support teams to resolve LAN, WAN and SAN infrastructure related issues to maintain acceptable service and customer satisfaction levels.
Works with vendor support teams to resolve application, hardware and software related issues for external-facing network infrastructure/systems to maintain acceptable service levels.

Required Skills :
* Minimum 5 - 7 yrs experience in designing, implementing, and configuring, troubleshooting and monitoring three tier LAN systems.
* Advanced TCP/IP Troubleshooting & Problem Analysis Familiarity with EIGRP, BGP Routing protocols.
* Understanding of various TCP/IP protocols.
* Hands on Experience with 3XXX,7200 Cisco routers and 45xx & 65xx Switches
* Hands on Experience with Cisco ASA firewalls & IPS, Wireless Connectivity and security mechanisms.
* Cisco IPSEC/GRE VPN configuration & Cisco VPN Client configuration.
* Understanding of RADIUS, TACACS+, and LDAP authentication Experience with Cisco Secure ACS, Microsoft IAS.
* Experience on Cisco / F5 Load Balancer, IP telephony, WAAS, Monitoring Tools.
* Documentation skills – MS Visio, IP Address Management.
* Desirable Certification – Valid CCNP / Valid CCNA
