We are looking for Business Development Executives with the flair for Sales and Travel.
Title : Business Development Executive
Based at : Ahmedabad
Salary : As per industry standards
Experience : 0-1 year
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
Perform outbound telephone calls to prospective customers to identify and create sales opportunities.
Receive and respond appropriately to inbound telephone and email inquiries.
Schedule and perform follow-up calls in response to request for information.
Undertake qualification of sales opportunities to identify suitability for attention by Management.
Maintain accurate records of all telephone calls and enquiries on the MindQuad CRM System.
Maintain and improve data integrity of records stored within the MindQuad CRM system.
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills as required.
Represent MindQuad Solutions Private Limited in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Personal Profile :
Minimum of Graduate degree preferred.
Telemarketing / telesales experience within the IT software industry highly desirable but industry experience not essential.
Excellent English, Gujarati and Hindi communication skills (Written and Speech) and telephone manners.
Self-disciplined, Self Motivated and determined to succeed.
Seeking a career in the IT industry with a long term desire to move into a junior sales or marketing role.
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Able to work as part of a team
Able to commute reliably to office base.
