Project Description : 3B+G+10 (19 Nos of Residential Blocks including 1000 no of car parks).

JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling all quality aspects of Project handle, laboratory with all the related tests.
- Handling of clients all aspects of Quality control and Quality Assurance.
- Handling Inspection, quality control checks for different Construction processes/activities.
o Create quality awareness in labour, contractor and staff by educating through tool box talks.
- Inspections for incoming Materials & its testing etc.
- Studying of all Construction drawings (Architectural, Civil).
- Checks quality of materials such as cement, steel bars, woods, concrete and other construction materials.
Checking and inspecting quality of works during construction.
Checking actual construction according to drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with the clients for whatever revision on drawings and in actual construction.
Implement the client specification on site in terms of materials delivery and installation.
Submit all material approvals to the client.
