Understanding the companies requirement, sourcing profile from various sources like headhunting, candidate references, Job portal, existing database, etc.processing the profile with the respective client in the various location, getting shortlisting, coordinating interview, follow ups etc.

We invite Experienced/ Freshers with aggression, determination, motivation and attention to details for Recruiting positions to work in the Night Shifts & Day Shifts at our off-shore location.

Any graduate with IT knowledge.

Possess excellent interpersonal, interviewing, negotiation, presentation and team management skills.

Self-driven and resourceful with high achievement orientation

Ability to organize and work on tasks in a disciplined manner with a focus on results and deliverables

Should be able to apply high standards, practices, and processes in the achievement of objectives

Strong Communication skills both verbal and written and

Must have attention to detail, and aptitude for basic research as well as basic technology applications
