JOB RESPONSIBLITIES :
Acting as Interface between buyer & production to come out with desired product in given price range in desired timelines.
To prepare the collection for presentation & submitting the same to product team based on the fashion forecasts, market information & moodboards provided by designers.
CostAnalysis of the product & negotiating prices to maximum with several rounds of counter costing.
Closing prices with buyers within the stipulated timeframes & at the same time suggesting the cost effective proposals to hit the commercial target with minimal changes in terms of design & styling.
Executing sampling in a strategic way to meet the due date & simultaneously negotiating with buyer as well as with trims & fabric suppliers.
Continuous check over the TNA to meet the narrow leadtimes of Proto & Salesman Sampling.
Ensuring all the approvals relating to Final FOB Price , Fabric Quality , Trims , Garment Fitting , Testing before final Bulk Production
Handingover the styles to Quality team for Production with all the callouts.
Closely monitor the team ensuring all the targets being assigned to them are achieved on daily basis.
