1. To execute orders from sampling stage to shipping.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MERCHANDISER :-
- Handling buyers like Target Corporation, Mervyns, Mark & Spenser, Kohl’s, Fred Meyer, Belk through buying agencies like Associated Merchandising Corporation (AMC), Li & Fung Group and Spiral for extracting new orders & servicing the existing clients & also handling the buyer of the Hall Mark, J C Penny, CBK, Zodax & Z Galleries.
- To look after the enquiry from the buyer's and the processing of the enquiry
and development of the sample & follow up with Production & SamplingDept.,
Quoting selling price also providing all requirements by the buyers about the new developments and preparations of the sample invoice and check the quality of the sample as per the specification from the buyer. To coordinate with Buyer for the order and approval of sample and get it approved by the Buyer, Quality control of product on order.
- Representing the organization in fairs and exhibitions. Making Photo Offers sheets for the items and sending the same to customer doing correspondence with Buyer making orders and follow up with buyers processing of Order, Commitment of Delivery on time.
- Price Quotation, Order Placing, Production Planning & Shipment Planning.
