Qualification and Experience :
10th Pass or ITI or equivalent. Candidates appearing at and/or awaiting results of the final examinations of 10th/ITI or equivalent on the date of application are not eligible to apply.

Pay scale : Pay Band – 1 of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1800/-

Application fees :Rs.40/- (forty only) payable in a form of crossed Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank or crossed Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Assistant Personnel Officer(Recruitment), ‘Railway Recruitment Cell, E.C.Railway’, payable at Patna

MODE OF SELECTION:
The recruitment procedure consists of Physical Efficiency Test (PET) followed by Written Examination, Document Verification and Medical Examination. There will not be any Viva-voce. Entire proceeding of PET shall be videographed.

The Railway Recruitment Cell is entrusted with the responsibility to make recruitment to all Group-'D' posts including recruitment under physically handicapped quota on Zonal Railway on East Central Railway and other units in its jurisdiction.

RRC-ECR is headed by Dy. Chief Personnel Officer (Recruitment). He is assisted by one Assistant Personnel Officer (Recruitment). The sanctioned strength of the Cell has 11 Group-'C' posts including that of the CA and 8 Group-'D' posts.
