- Worked as an On Job Trainee assisting in rectification of snags in Lear Jet 24-050 airframe system by referring operation and maintenance manual under the guidance of airframe instructor.
- Assisted in assembling, disassembly and carrying out overhaul of LYCOMING ENGINE 0-290D Series as well as CONTINENTAL ENGINE.
- Assisted in carrying out Non- Destructive Testing (MPI) at the engine shop of Bombay flying club.
2. Two Months Training In “HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LIMITED (H.A.L)”
—NASIK DIVISION, India.
- Trained in maintenance and servicing of MIG-21 including removal and replacements of component parts and overhauling of components.
- Performed aircraft assembling and disassembly, jacking of aircraft.
3. 6 months Training in Air India from May 2010 – November 2010.
- First 3 months carried out training on overhauling of engines like G.E 90, CF6- 80C2 and CF6-50C2.
- Last 3 months carried Line Maintenance Training-Check ‘A’ Routine (500 hrs check) and replacement of components on airframe and engine on Boeing-777, Boeing-747.
4. 6 months Training in Air India from Dec 2010 – June 2011.
- Carried out Phase Check and ‘C’ Check on Boeing 737-800 NG.
