Role :
• Liaising with the channels for recruitment purposes and closing the open positions within the prescribed SLA.
• Communicate any policy/procedure, updates/additions/deletions to all the concerned people in the process. Coordinate with station in the West region for HR related documentation and compliance.
• To support the centralized HR Team in performance management, employee engagement strategies which facilitate, support and maintain a high performance culture.
Requirement :
• Graduate /Diploma in HRM.
• Experience in travel industry is preferred
Minimum Experience : 1-3 years

- Recruitments :
Manpower Planning, Preparing Job Descriptions, Managing Job Portals (Naukri & Monster), Sourcing and Job Posting from Job Portals and Newspapers Advertisement; Coordinating with the Recruitment Consultants; Screening of Resumes; Preparing & Coordinating Interview Schedules; Conducting Preliminary & Telephonic Interviews; Organizing & Coordinating Interviews with Departmental Heads; Reference Checking

- Payroll Management :
Responsible for handling payroll inputs by maintaining the details of New Joiners & Attired employees in the month end with the HR-MANTRA payroll software. Ensuring complete check on Bank A/Cs, & other payroll functions.
- Campus Recruitments :
Planning and implementation of Campus Recruitments from all regions .Conducting evaluation visit for colleges, preparing campus recruitment calendar, Assisted campus hiring teams with relationship building with placement officers and evaluate candidates on various proficiencies like analytical, behavioral and communication skills and after finished all the formalities of interview finally, releasing offer for right candidates.
- Employee Relations :
Acted as single point of contact for all employees’ issues.Investigation in cases of complaints of forced resignations from employees and restoring parity.Addressing all complaints and queries raised by Internal and External Customers within specified turn around time for Salary Payout Issues, Leave & Attendance Issues, Non payment of incentives & Reimbursements.
- Employee Engagement :
Responsible for conducting various employee engagement activities such as Open House Sessions, Coffee Connect sessions, Lets Talk Programs for employees.Initiated various Employee engagement activities by starting with the Birthday & Anniversary mail’s, New Year games, quarterly tours, Family get to gather, Health & Environment week, launching the HR board, Initiating Rendezvous with Boss at various locations.
- Performance Appraisals :
Manage performance management processes, Key Result Areas (KRAs) across levels of hierarchy Employee Information in Database by advanced software linking to Employee Performance Appraisal, (HR- MIS).
- Leave Management :
Handling Leave Management by ensuring the maintenance of Leave forms & tracking the attendance of all the employees & responsible for Quarterly Leave Audits.
- Statutory compliance :
Handling ESI & PF, Maintenance of statutory records.
- Employee Mediclaim Insurance :
Ensure all employees are covered under Personal accident insurance, Hospitalisation insurance policies and have got ID cards.Co-ordinating with Hospital authority and Insurer for the employees getting cashless benefit and claims reimbursements smoothly.
- Exit Management :
Responsible for end to end Exit Management system by conducting Exit interviews, maintain the Attrition Reports and sharing the monthly analysis with Business. Initiating full and final settlement for the employees who have left the organization & ensuring the TAT (turn around time) is maintained for F&F (full and final) settlements.
- Transfers & MIS reports :
Responsible for Internal as well as Extenal Transfers & maintaining the TAT for relocation bonus. Preparing and Maintaining the monthly MIS like Head Count Report,Attrition Report,Total Compensation Report,Recruitment Tracker., Responsible for maintaining and updating HRIS & Maintaining Personal files of Employees
Personnel Functions :
- Looking after their attendance Registers.
- Keeping records of their Leaves.
- Maintaining and looking after that all enclosures are duly attached with the personal files
- Preparing Full & Final Settlement letters of personnel.
- Calculating Leave Travel Allowance of the personnel and then passing on to Accounts for their action.
MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
- Successfully recruited More than 50 business development Executives, ceasefire direct marketing across Tamil Nadu with the team size of three, through Campus Recruitments, Walk – Ins & Employee Referrals within short span of time.
