Erection & Commissioning Experience
- Instrumental in heading activities pertaining to erection, installation, testing, commissioning of electrical and instrumentation equipment at 4 Valve Stations and 1 Compressor Station in 150 Kms spread across Reliance East West Natural Gas Pipeline.
- Anchoring erection & commissioning of GE gas turbine compressor units, Mark-VI unit control panels and GE Gas engine generators and ensuring completion of project in the given turnaround time by effective resource utilization.
- Overseeing installation & commissioning of electrical equipments, and conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness; effectuating maintenance plans for all the machines and equipments.
- Pivotal in supervising work done under Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Cathodic Protection / RTU and Fire & Gas vendors and O&M Contractors.
- Spearheaded construction and commissioning stage of the plant involving planning and execution of various critical activities such as erection, commissioning of Gas Turbine Compressor Units, Gas Engine Generators, PCC, PMCCs, MCCs, UPS Systems, Battery Banks, Transformers, Motors and subsequent trials, etc.

Operation & Maintenance Experience
- Overseeing execution of SAP based preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of natural gas compressor station, including schedules / shutdown maintenance to ensure trouble free and seamless plant operations.
- Compliance to the internal and external safety audits by up keeping the proper records.
- Involved in development and implementation of the electrical standard maintenance procedures for the entire plant. Listed shift routines, generated spares and equipment lists, preventive maintenance schedules, etc.
