- Started my industrial career in M/s. REGENCY CERAMICS PVT LTD, YANAM. From JUNE 2002 to March 2006, joined in this organization as a DET and graded to senior supervisor.
- Worked in M/s NAVA BHARAT VENTURS LTD, PALVONCHA. Power Division from APRIL 2006 to Dec 2008 as an engineer-C&I in project Department.
- Joined in M/s KONASEEMA GAS POWER Ltd, DEVARAPALLI. Power Division in Jan 2009 as a junior manager, involved in the erection and commissioning of 440MW combined cycle gas power plant. Presently working as Asst manager(C&I) till the date.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

DETAILS OF FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE :
A. Project Experience :
1. Involved in the Erection and commissioning of 20MW power plant SNM STG and 100TPH AFBC Boiler with YOKAGAWA DCS (CS-3000 V-Net IP).
2. Involved in the erection and commissioning of 13MW Co-Gen power plant SNM STG and 64TPH Traveling gate Boiler with SCHNEIDER SCADA System.
3. Presently involved in the erection and commissioning of the 420MW combined cycle gas power plant & HRSGs with SIMENS DCS (Teleperm xp)
4. Involved in the erection and commissioning of BOP, CEMS, SAWS, GAS SKID.
a. involved in the detailed engineering of the following systems during the execution of above said projects :

1. All kinds of Field instruments, which come under power plant.
2. Cables.
3. Modification works done During the BREAK DOWN.
c. Activities carried out during the detailed engineering :
1. Layouts preparation.
2. IO list freezing as per P&ID’s
3. Selection of Instruments and Accessories.
4. Freezing Instrument parameters, specifications etc.
5. Cables Estimation.
6. Preparing and forwarding procurement indents.
7. Review and approve drawings.
8. Co-ordinate and follow up the material supplies as per project schedule and site requirement.
9. Witness the performance test of the equipment on test bed.
10. Co-ordinate & Monitoring the erection and commissioning activities.
d. Familiarity in :
1. IO list preparation.
2. Cable Scheduling.
3. PID Blocks Tuning.
4. Selection of Field Instruments as per Requirement.
5. Calibration of pressure & Differential pressure Transmitters.
6. Calibration of power Cylinders, pressure and Temperature Elements.
7. Calibration of Control Valves.
8. Calibration of MOV.
Erection and commissioning of the above said.
B. Maintenance Experience :
a. Well conversant in the maintenance of following equipment :
1. 13 MW Steam Turbo-Generator & 64 TPH Traveling gate Boiler and its auxiliaries.
2. 20 MW Steam Turbo-Generator & 100 TPH AFBC Boiler and its auxiliaries.
3. 32 MW Steam Turbo-Generator & 125 TPH AFBC Boiler and its auxiliaries
4. 2x140 MW GT, 1x160 MW Steam Turbo-Generator & 2x 220 TPH HRSGS and its auxiliaries
5. Field Instruments.
6. Calibration of Pressure and Temperature Elements
b. Carrying activities :
1. Preparing preventive maintenance schedules.
2. Monitoring the spare parts
3. Estimating maintenance cost
4. Monitoring equipments performance.
5. Inspection, cleaning/ replacing necessary parts.
6. Attending emergency and breakdown works.
7. Upgrading the equipment s as per the schedules.
