UI Designers for Mobile Apps Android, iOS : Chennai

Wanted UI designers for development of high quality mobile apps in Andriod, iOS and Symbian environments. Candidates should be :
- an artiste more than an engineer
- Work with the product manager and bring her vision/dream to reality
- Be able to draw lively pictures, user interfaces both in paper and on screen with a stylus
- Great taste for visuals, colors and presentation
- Flair for creating an user interface that WOWs the users every time
- Understand target users and empathize with their needs
- Understand user personas, use case scenarios and build UI prototypes
- Understanding of mobile/tablet interface possibilities and build prototypes
- Skill in the use of Photoshop and/or other tools is a big plus
- Skill in producing animations using tools is a big plus
- Abilty to work with the app developer closely to give life to the prototype and iterate fast based on feedback

Experience building UI for mobile/tablets is a huge plus
