Description of Position : The incumbent will be responsible for independent handling of cost saving / value engineering projects on packaging materials with multi functional teams in the sphere of packaging components / flexible packaging (Laminate, Wrapper, Polyester film, Sleever etc). Developing vendors for packaging materials and provide regular inputs for price negotiations with vendors mentioning detailed costing of components. He will be involved in conversion process of laminates, films, detailed component specifications and process conditions and work in P2P, job work, tolling operations.

Candidate Profile : Should be science graduate preferably with post graduate degree/ diploma in Packaging Technology with around 4 to 8 years relevant experience in purchase of packaging materials in a reputed high technology manufacturing environment preferably in a FMCG industry and should possess working knowledge of SAP.
