Education : - Diploma in civil engineering or mechanical engineering,.

Experience : - 6 - 8 years.

Field of Experience :
Candidates should have work experience in fabrication shop with full knowledge of quality norms & requirements. He should be able to find faults in the working process, work done, co-relate the drawing and also suggest corrective measures in fabrication.
Candidates with knowledge of tower foundation construction process also will be preferred.
Candidate should have the ability to train his junior subordinates and should be willing to travel any where in India.
Candidates worked in Tower manufacturing industry are preferred.

Salary : Best in the field to commensurate with knowledge & experience.

1. Presently working as a Project Engineer at ETA Bangalore. (From 1st September 2010 to Present)

Project : - Trident Hotel

A five star, 321-room hotel, with 4 chillers each of 360TR.
- Responsible for the design, fabrication, and testing of all piping systems.
- To check the Quantity take off from the drawing.
- Coordinating with Co-Contractors for Project Execution.
- Placing the daily work process as per Superior's advice and projects needs.
- Preparing of Duct Design, Duct Layout, Piping design, piping layouts.
- To carry out all HVAC related Site Execution.
2. Worked as a PROJECT Engineer with ETA CONSORTIUM (A CONSORTIUM between ETA ENGG.PVT. LTD & ETA L.L.C DUBAI) at Delhi International Airport expansion project, T-3. (1st JULY 2008 to 31st August 2010)

Project Handled :

Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) Expansion of Terminal-3 : DIAL’s massive Terminal 3 (T3), which is completed successfully, had sharply uplift Delhi airport into a league of cutting-edge architecture, flawless customer service, and a highly differentiated retail and F&B mix. Designed to handle 34 million passengers annually, T3’s mammoth infrastructure includes 168 check-in counters, 49 Arrival immigration desks and 50 Departure immigration desks, all housed in a stunning structure that had blend tradition with modernity. The new integrated terminal building (T3), with a total area of over 5, 00,000 square meter, had been constructed at a cost of Rs 8,975 crore in the first phase. DIAL Asia’s biggest project has 800 AHU’s and 14000 BMS field equipments.


Job Responsibilities :
- To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing HVAC work such as Piping, Installation of site equipments (VAV, VFD, DAMPER, DDC, AHU) etc., at all stages.
- To coordinate with other services like Electrical, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm etc. and architecture & structure work with HVAC.
- To coordinate with different contractors, agencies to maintain and improve quality of construction work.
- To prepare MIR on monthly basis, monthly consumption reports, daily progress report, etc.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities on design and construct contract in lump-sum price.
- Quantity Take-Offs and Preparation of Schedule of Materials.
- Duct sizing & design layout plan drawings, Mechanical equipment layouts, submittals & elevation drawings.
- Design and drafting services for HVAC system construction plan drawings.
- Completely Responsible for installation of Conduits, Raceway, AHU (Ducting & Piping), DAMPER, VAV, VFD, SENSORS.
- Working on AHU’s, VAV’s, Silencer, Acoustics, and Dampers.
- Completed Piping of whole Airport & handled all Material Coordination for piping related works.
- Cable lying and installation of Instruments (Sensors, VAV, VFD, AHU, FCU, DAMPERS, DDC Panels).

Project 1 : Brake-Shoe Wear Indicator (Study)

Project 2 : Solar Tracking System.

DESCRIPTION : The solar plate is fixed with a geared shaft lengthwise. The rotation of shaft depends on the D.C motor and its armature is connected to the gear and bearings mechanism for the controlled rotation of the shaft. The D.C motor is operated with the help of control circuit which contains a relay device. The motor is rotated with a definite speed using microcontroller logic with a specific rpm. The microcontroller used is 89C51. Positive and negative relay is used between relay drive and D.C motor to control the rotation of motor in both forward and backward and reverse direction. The solar plate is rotated in such a manner that it absorbs maximum sunlight throughout the daytime.
