    Key Requirements :
    * Knowledge in the Banking domain is desired.
    * Strong knowledge of Collections/ Payments / Liquidity Management/ Trade Finance/Supply Chain.
    * Knowledge of products (Cash@Will, Cash in) will be an added advantage.
    * Should have worked successfully at a senior level within an organization and be able to demonstrate success at developing successful working relationships at a senior level internally and externally. Well developed influencing skills.
    * Good presentation skills – to individuals and groups informally and formally.
    * Able to analyse and interpret complex information and communicate effectively to others.
    * Requirement gathering, gap analysis and ability to define & modify functional requirements will form part of the job portfolio.
    * Incumbent should possess excellent communication skills and should be willing to travel extensively.

    Critical Success Factors :

    Experience : 5+ yrs

    Qualification : Any graduate with preferably an MBA degree
