Minimum Qualification and experience as prescribed by the UGC/AICTE
1. Director : Ph.D. Degree in the relevant discipline with not less than 20 years of experience in teaching/research. Selected candidates should organize and involve in R&D of the concerned discipline by obtaining recognition for Research Centre. He shall be instrumental in leading a good team of faculty for imparting quality education and formulate perspective plan for long term of the Department, in pursuit of achieving academic excellance and monitor consultancy services.
2 . Professor :- An eminent scholar with published work of high quality , actively engaged in research with10 year of experience in Post Graduate teaching and experience in research at the University/ National Level institutions, including experience of guiding research at doctoral level.
3. Asst Professor/Reader : - Should possess at least Fist Class at the Master's degree level in the relevant Subject and five years of experience of teaching and /or research excluding the period spent for obtaining the research degree.
4. Lecturer :- Should posses at least at 55% of the marks in the relevant subject at the Master's Degree and should have cleared N.E.T. conducted by the UGC /CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC. Preference will be given to the Candidates having Teaching experience.
5. Placement Officer :- 1st Class Master Degree in Business Administrator with atlest 2 years experience as Placement Officer
Qualification & Experience for Ministerial Posts.
1. Registrar : Post Graduate Degree with at least 10 years of administrative and managerial experience in Educational Institutions or any organization connected with Higher Education.
2. Office Superintendent : Degree with Knowledge of Computer and 5 years of experience in Degree College dealing with academic matters & examination related work.
3. Stenographer : Diploma in Commercial Practice in English with Minimum 2 years experience as Stenographer. Preference will be given to candidates possessing a degree.
4. Accountant : B.com graduate with knowledge of computer and 3 years of experience in dealing with accounts and bank transaction.
5. Manager (purchase) : B.com graduate with working of Computer and at least 3 years of experience in the matter relating to Purchase and Stores must be capable of corresponding independently and maintaining the Accounts and Records.
Salary shall be commensurate with Qualification and Experience.
