Ethno Health Club – Hyderabad
State of the Art health club in Cyber Pearl at HITEC CITY Hyderabad. Turn key project of 14,000 Sft used extensively expensive international materials as per the client’s choice to cater the needs of western visitors, 2000 Sft provided for Aerobics, 5000 Sft for Modern power Gym, a front office and a back office, Toilet blocks, steam baths, massage centers, men and women parlors etc., to be frank an dream Gym where we can enjoy the workouts.
Matrika Hospital – Hyderabad
It was a turnkey project designed by Arch. Asoka Katakam, constructed 65,000 Sft of building space as per WHO & MCI norms, provided state of the art operation theatres, inpatient facilities, beautifully crafted visitor’s areas and cafeteria to the premises. Provided emergency entries and exits to the hospital, glass facades on the front elevation for modern and commercial look adds beauty to the hospital.

A pharmaceutical research lab formulation productions, designed and constructed by us as per the WHO and PCB norms to attain GMP standards, provided clean rooms, Bio chemical, Biotech labs, QC labs, NMR rooms etc., 6000Sft in the ground floor designed and executed tastefully for the administrative office.

Designed by Arch.Atul of Genesis Architects – Delhi, provided different height false ceiling with Gypsum board as per the ductable A.C layout and reflected ceiling plan. Circular double skinned partitions with veneer finished to highest standards, full height double skinned partitions with GI frame, combination finishes as per the functional requirements, Furniture and workstations as per the banks standards to reflect the rich ambience with moulded granite tops and claddings. Flooring with 2’x2’ vitrified in diagonal pattern. Front glazing provided with 12mm toughened glass in 60 microns PC aluminium frames with pivoted doors. with respect to fire fighting CEASE FIRE extinguishers installed at sensitive points, panic buttons with hooters and Alarm fixed as specified.
