Responsibilities :
- Actively involved in commissioning of new project.
- Hands on experience in erection, testing and commissioning of PCC, MCC Panels LT, HT Transformers, Generation, Distribution Switchgear and Protection.
- Maintenance of 42.5MW generator in Solo Mode as well as in parallel operation with other TG sets at new power plant with DCS system using SCADA for operation and power control.
- Maintenance of new FBC boiler with 125TPH capacity, coal and ash handling systems, 2 chemical recovery boilers with 170TPH and 80TPH capacities and their ESP’s.
- Handling of shift related complaints from process (pulp mill, chemical recovery, power house regions, and paper machines).
- Responsible for maintenance of motors across my division.
- Control loop checking for metering and protection of 11KV and 6.6KV HT panels and LT panels.
- Handling of VFD’s (ABB make ACS 550 and ACS 800, Danfoss and Siemens make MM420 and MM440) for pumps and fan applications up to 560 KW.
- Handling of 6.6KV HT motors of 860KW, 630KW.
- Handling of 110V DC battery system.
- Worked on protection relays such as ARGUS-1, RHO-3, MVT-171, MIT-161, MTT-116, INTEGRATED MICOM, REF-610 and REM-610 and DUOBIAS, SPAM-150C SPAJ-140C, MTT-103 and 104.

Academic Project : Academic project on “Inductance Meter” did at Raghu Centre of Excellence Ramnagar, Visakhapatnam.

Project Details : The project deals with the measurement of unknown inductance using At89c51 Microcontroller with the help of an Op-Amp Lm311. The frequency of the square wave generated is given to the microcontroller, which then calculates the value of the unknown inductance after substituting in the formulae fused in the microcontroller. The resulting values are displayed on to the LCD. The range of inductance is 0.001uh (1nh) to 100uh.
