International Auditor and Process manager
Context of function :
This position is responsible for identification of deviations and trade requirements for the implementation and improvement of the management systems in the subsidiaries within the framework of Hettich management system.
Job specification :
* Education :
o B.E. with auditor certification.
* Work experience :
o Minimum 5 Years in relevant field. Knowledge of TS16949 would be an added advantage.
* Skills :
o Auditor training with respective certificate;
o confirmed knowledge regarding relevant norms and standards e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS 18001, EMAS;
o good fluency in business English.
Responsibilities :
1. System : Auditing of the subsidiaries according to predetermined or fixed standards and rules of the management systems of the Hettich Group as well as the relevant customer specifications.
2. Correction and deviations : Application of processes and methods which would enable immediate identification of quality problems or critical errors. Compilation, research, and
evaluation of weak areas as well as initiation and supervision of corrective measures. Initiating the conduct of checks and assessments of management system.
3. Processes : Analysis, illustration and enhancement of business processes within the framework of management system according to the predetermined standards.
4. Information, Reporting and Controlling : Reporting about the development and effectiveness of the management systems, including suggestions regarding requisite improvement and correctional measures, to the management of subsidiaries, quality control officers of the divisions and the central quality management of the Holding.
5. Certification : Supporting the employee and the management of the subsidiaries in the preparation and conducting of certification audits.
6. Training : Visualization and representation of the quality management systems, with the objective to continuously improve the awareness for customer requirements and customer satisfaction. Training, coaching, and usage of quality techniques and methods with the help of existing and ad-hoc self developed training material.
7. Responsible for Material Cost Controlling
8. Knowledge in SAP MM and also analytical skills for warehouse process.
