Job Summary :
1. To look after the territorial sales set up in terms of all aspects, achieving sales targets, and managing the territorial Sales network.
2. Responsibility for establishing strong customer base for all the products.
Major duties performed :
1. Achieving sales as per targets in terms of value & units in defined area.
2. Develop strong Key Opinion Leader base for all assigned areas.
3. Achieve desired market shares in defined area.
Performance standards to be achieved :
1. Achieving sales as per targets in terms of value & units.
2. Implementation of marketing strategies in the territory.
3. Sales reporting as per divisional guidelines.
4. Any other assignment which is given from time to time & as and when required to perform.
Desirables : Excellent communication skills.
Qualification : Mechanical Eng (Preferably MBA)
Division : Sales and Marketing.
Department : Marketing & Sales.
Age : 22 to 26 yrs.
Experience : At least 1 yrs in sales with relevant experience.
Location : Chandigarh/New Delhi NCR.
