Qualification and Experience :
Post Code: 1 Major General /Brigadier or equivalent rank in Navy /Air force or above.
Post Code: 2 Colonel or equivalent rank in Navy / Air force or below.

Pay scale :
Post Code: 1 ` 20 lacs on CTC basis. The approximate CTC payable after deducting the pension drawn by them will be ` 12 lacs p.a.
Post Code: 2 ` 16 lacs on CTC basis. The approximate CTC payable after deducting the pension drawn by them will be ` 9 lacs p.a.

Selection Procedure :
The selection will be made on the basis of performance in the interview. Mere satisfying the eligibility criteria do not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for interview after preliminary screening / shortlisting with reference to the candidate’s qualification, experience and suitability
